Shipping policy
At State of Gold, we pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship and the speed of our service. Our goal is to ensure your premium headwear arrives in pristine condition, ready for its first wear.
1. Order Processing

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Weekend Policy: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
2. Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your order is scanned by our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can monitor your package’s journey from our door to yours in real-time.
4. Shipping Methods & Packaging
To ensure your hat maintains its structure and shape, we ship all orders in boxes.

We primarily use USPS Priority and UPS for domestic shipments.
5. International Shipping
State of Gold currently ships only to the USA.
6. Lost or Damaged Goods
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Damages: Please contact hello@stateofgold.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the box and the product.

Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please wait 24 hours as carriers often mark items early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us immediately.
