Refund, Return and Replacement Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, buyer's remorse, or because your partner doesn’t like it ;)
Our sole remedy for defective items is the shipment of an identical replacement product.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly send you a replacement. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement at hello@stateofgold.com.
You must include your order number and clear photographs of the damage, defect, or misprint, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your claim is accepted, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
European Union 14 Day Cooling off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, by emailing us at hello@stateofgold.com.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You’ll also need to include the receipt.
